Backlogs are public and funded. The sale is still a hospital, with everything that implies.

Local fine-tunes on trust data, if the contracts keep the weights. That clause is not yet standard.

Helix reorders the radiology worklist and drafts a first read the consultant corrects. It is not an autonomous diagnostic. ARR is €600k. The seed is €8m. We should screen it properly because the shape is right and the evidence is not finished.
Two trusts will pick a worklist vendor this winter. Helix is cheap enough, and early enough, that a €3.5m cheque still buys real ownership if the evidence lands.
Integration with the PACS, a prioritisation model, and a draft report the consultant edits. Edit-distance is the metric they show and the metric we should audit. A short edit is the product. A long edit is a demo.
Per-study pricing with an annual minimum. Gross margin 73%. Implementation is a quarter. Kinship’s slipped procurement is the base rate we should use, not the founder’s pipeline slide.
Advance. Commission a read of the evidence pack before any partner meeting. If edit-distance and turnaround do not move in the private group’s data, stop.
